REGISTERED VET TECHS

Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT’s) are an integral member of the veterinary health care team. These technicians are educated and trained to perform a wide variety of veterinary nursing, imaging, anesthesia, dental hygiene, and diagnostic procedures in a practice setting. They have sat for and passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam. Careers in the credentialed veterinary technician field require maintaining Continuing Education according to state regulations. We are proud to employ four RVT’s at South Forsyth Animal Hospital.
